Who we are

What we collect

• When you use the instant estimate: the work you choose and your answers. They stay in your browser (to keep your draft for up to 30 days) and are sent to our server only to calculate the price. We do not know who you are unless you send us your details.
• When you send a form (lock in, email my estimate, callback, project review): your name, email, phone, project address or ZIP code, preferred times, language, notes, any photos you attach, your consent choices and your estimate.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a link, we keep its campaign details (for example UTM tags and the Google click id) and the referring page in a first-party cookie for 90 days and store them with your request.
• Analytics: with Google Analytics we measure how the site is used (for example that an estimate was shown or a form sent). These events contain no names, emails or phone numbers.

How we use it

To prepare and send your estimate, contact you about your project, schedule the free project review, send up to two reminders if you agreed to be contacted, and improve our service. We do not sell your information and we do not send newsletters or marketing emails.

Who processes it for us

Text messages

We text you only if you ticked the separate, optional text-message box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

How long we keep it

Your choices
