Questions

How do I know if a wall is load-bearing?

Often only on site. The estimator asks what you know and prices both cases where needed; we confirm it at the project review.

Do I need an engineer?

Load-bearing changes usually need structural calculations and a permit. We coordinate them before that part of the work begins.
