Questions
Can you change the layout of my home?
Yes. Layout changes, wall removal and new walls are part of whole-home work. When a wall is load-bearing or the change needs engineering or a permit, we coordinate that before the work begins.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Often, yes, depending on the scope. Your estimate asks whether the home will be occupied, because working around a household takes more care and time. We plan the sequence with you at the project review.
Do you do the electrical and plumbing?
We coordinate it with licensed electrical and plumbing contractors as part of your project, so the whole remodel stays on one schedule.
