Flooring, tile and surface installation
We provide professional flooring and tile installation for residential remodeling projects.
What’s included
- Flooring: luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, hardwood refinishing
- Preparation: existing flooring removal, subfloor repair and replacement, floor leveling, self-leveling preparation, underlayment
- Finishing: baseboards, shoe molding and quarter round, transitions, stair flooring and finish work
- Tile: ceramic, porcelain, large-format, natural stone, mosaic
- Tile work: bathroom tile, shower walls, shower floors, kitchen backsplash, outdoor porcelain tile, tile baseboards, Schluter and metal edge profiles
- Grouting, regrouting and tile demolition
We do not offer carpet installation. Existing carpet can be removed as part of a project.

- The area and the flooring or tile you choose
- Removing the old floor, and the condition of the subfloor underneath
- Leveling needed before the new floor goes down
- Stairs, transitions and trim
- Tile size and pattern: large-format, mosaic and diagonal layouts take more time

After we see the space, measure and talk through your choices, you receive a written estimate for the project.

One team plans the schedule and coordinates every trade, from demolition and preparation to the final finish.
Questions
Do you install carpet?
No. We remove existing carpet when a project needs it, but we do not install carpet.
Can you put new flooring over my old floor?
Sometimes. It depends on the old floor and the height it adds at doors and transitions. We check it at the project review.
Why does subfloor condition matter?
A new floor is only as flat and solid as what is under it. Repairs and leveling are separate lines on your estimate so you can see them.
