Electrical & Plumbing Coordination

Specialty trade coordination for remodeling projects

Many remodeling projects require electrical or plumbing work. When these trades are needed as part of a TAT Construction remodeling project, we can coordinate the applicable work with appropriately licensed specialty contractors.

What we coordinate

  • Bathroom plumbing
  • Kitchen plumbing
  • Fixture relocation
  • Shower and tub plumbing
  • Electrical outlets and switches
  • Lighting
  • Dedicated circuits
  • Kitchen appliance electrical requirements
  • Bathroom electrical requirements
  • Other project-related specialty work

How it works

This allows the construction and remodeling portions of the project to stay coordinated while specialty work is handled by the appropriate trade.

How it appears on your estimate

Electrical and plumbing lines are shown as a licensed subcontractor allowance:

Budget allowance only. Work requiring licensing is performed or contracted through an appropriately licensed electrical, plumbing or mechanical contractor. Final scope, permit and inspection requirements and price are confirmed for the project.

We coordinate this work as part of a remodel. We do not offer HVAC installation.
