Sales tax
Prices exclude Washington State sales tax, which is calculated on your written estimate based on the job-site location.
Licensed specialty work
Budget allowance only. Work requiring licensing is performed or contracted through an appropriately licensed electrical, plumbing or mechanical contractor. Final scope, permit and inspection requirements and price are confirmed for the project.

The materials allowance is an estimate based on typical selections. Your actual materials are chosen with you.
The range on your estimate is rounded. The written estimate you receive after the free on-site project review sets the price for the agreed scope.
